Tracie L. Clabaugh assists commercial real estate developers, local, regional and national home builders, lending institutions and homeowners in a wide variety of real estate transactions and land use and zoning matters.

The focus of Tracie's practice includes: commercial and residential real estate contracts and leases; homeowners association disclosures for builders and developers, including the preparation and review of documents necessary for the establishment of homeowners associations; negotiating and structuring commercial transactions, including real estate sales and purchases; commercial and residential settlements; title examinations; land use and zoning matters; easement agreements; deeds for the private transfer or public dedication of real property; and due diligence for commercial and residential projects. Tracie has represented clients in various jurisdictions with respect to land use and zoning matters.  Tracie also provides legal advice to existing homeowners associations concerning interpretation of governing documents, rule and covenant enforcement and architectural control issues.

Tracie currently serves as  Board Counsel for the Frederick County Building Industry Association, and a Board Member for the Land Use Council of the Frederick County Building Industry Association.
